At OLA Beach Tennis, we want you to feel confident with your gear on the sand. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return or exchange your items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Ensure all items are in their original, unused condition with tags attached, and pack them securely in the original shipping box or a similar protective mailer.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, attach it to your package, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our team inspects the returned equipment, we will process your refund or ship out your new exchange within 5-7 business days.
