What is the standard shipping time for orders?
We process orders within 1-2 business days. Standard shipping typically takes 3-7 business days depending on your location, while express options are available at checkout.
Do you offer a warranty on OLA rackets?
Yes, all OLA rackets come with a 6-month manufacturer warranty covering structural defects. Please note that normal wear and tear or damage from hitting the sand/ground is not covered.
Can I return my equipment if I am not satisfied?
We offer a 30-day return policy for all unused items in their original packaging. For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on rackets that have had the protective plastic removed from the handle.
